I'm working at a remote resort in the maldives, and we're planning on creating a media server for our staff to access it and watch movies and series in order to reduce internet bandwidth usage, we have around 200 staff but we estimate around 100 concurrent users might be active at a time . So please help me out with a configuration for a NAS or a Server which could handle this kind of thing. And another question how can I get users to be able to access the content on their phone with the app with Plex pass, do I have to buy a pass for each 15 users as I read I can create 15 users in Plex home, please help
