I am not a programmer so, I am lost here. The day I updated the Synology Nas it kept asking me to update my Plex Media Server. I did several times. Save last version available. I took a few screenshots of what I think would help solve my problem.
I have about 24T of material saved on my two NAS. I can't lose that just because I can't open it on PLEX anymore. At my administration page on the Diskstation it says I need to uninstall PLEX. I sent a message to them about the upgrade and my problem opening Diskstation on PLEX, and they told me to talk with you guys.
I have a PLEX Pass but no material of mine to watch or listen to now. Can you give me a solution? Since I live in Brazil, my expenditure with Synology and Seagate disks went over$24,000. I can't just through anything away because PLEX doesn't have a Media Server compatible with it. I've been using both together for over a year. What can I do now?
I use 2 Macbook pro, 3 iPad Pro and 1Mac Air with the latest OS version 10.12.3 - 1T in the Mac Pros. Two iphone 7plus - all with Plex installed on it. Not one working anymore.
Is there going to be an upgrade of the PLEX Server that agrees with Synology?
Thanks for the attention and prompt answer.
