PMS fails to run after upgrade. DS1815+, DSM 6.1.2-15132, PMS 1.5.6.3790-4613ce077

I just saw my NAS notify me that an update was available, so I installed it. When I try to restart PMS I get an error message that it failed to start. The error log shows that the /tmp_transcoding directory doesn't exist. Should I just log into my NAS and create it? Something else?
