maybe better to create a new topic for my specific issue. It seems that PMS has an issue retrieving server settings.

Hmm, I've been seeing this same error every know and then. In my case media can still be played, I just can't access the server settings. After a stop-start things are usually OK again. I'm on 1.3.4.3285 at the moment. Will try to grab a log if the issue surfaces again.
