Hiya
Yesterday I set up a DS416Play and installed Plex. It's been nearly 24 hours and it's still not finished indexing my music library - and then it has to get onto the video, photos etc! Is this normal? My library is fully tagged and organised in artist folders with each artist having subfolders for each album - from what I understand from reading online this should help speed things up but it doesn't seem to be the case. It is a big library though - 21 000 songs.
On top of that when I try to play songs it has already scanned it doesn't work.
If it's not normal, I'd love any advice on how to fix this problem.
