PMS Requires NAS Reboot

Recently I've been having an issue where my PMS is becoming unresponsive. The service claims to be running properly on the NAS, but is unreachable via any Plex client. Stopping the PMS service and starting it again through the DSM package center does not resolve the issue. The only solution I have found so far is to force a reboot of the entire NAS.

Synology NAS Model: DS918+

DSM Version: 6.1.5-15254

PMS Version: 1.11.3.4803-c40bba82e

Does anyone have any suggestions for further troubleshooting or solutions?
