Now Playing not showing activity

I am Running Plex on my Synology NAS, Version 0.9.15.0 of the server and my kids are watching a movie on the TV and this activity is not showing in the "Now Playing" section in Web Client interface.

Any thoughts on how to get the streaming instance to appear in the web client.
