I've just upgraded to Plex Pass and would like to use mobile sync to get an MP4 file on to my Nexus 7. The file plays fine when on line with Plex and when I simply copy it to the Nexus but I get the error "the transcoder was unable to process this media" when I try to use mobile sync. I have a Synology DS413j running DSM 6.0-7321 Update 3 and Plex 0.9.16.3. Relevant portion of log file attached, grateful for any pointers. I have tried various other files but none of them will sync.
