I know this is a common topic, and I have read MANY questions on this subject, but even after following all of the recommendations - I still cannot get this connected again.
PLEX Version 0.9.16.6
Synology DS1215+
Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000
UPnP - configured from DiskStation - port 32400 in/out IS included
canyouseeme.org shows Success: Your ISP is not blocking port 32400
Everything worked a few days ago - now PLEX says "not available outside your network".
Nothing on network has changed (IP from ISP almost never changes (and has not lately)).
I DID change my PLEX password a few days ago - maybe the root of this probelm. Have followed: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/219639/plex-not-working-anymore and https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/204281528-Why-am-I-locked-out-of-Server-after-password-reset-or-device-token-removal- and have even deleted the Preferences.xml file with no luck.
I have tried automatic as well as manual ports. I have used ports other than 32400 (and updated UPnP/Router and confirmed open on canyouseeme.org. Everything appears to be configured correctly - but PLEX says it is not available and when I tried to connect from outside my network - it failed.
Anyone know how to fix this?
