DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update and PLEX

I have Synology Disk Station with DSM 6.1.4-15217. After i upgrade Plex with latest version, its not work more. I recive: "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE". I have try many Vresions of Plex like "PlexMediaServer-1.11.0.4633-70f9c31ed-x86_64" and earlier "PlexMediaServer-1.9.3.4290-9798172d4-x86.spk" "PlexMediaServer-1.4.2.3400-ab906953b-x86.spk". But not anyon function.
