Unable to "Claim Server"

Hi

I'm getting the message "This server is unclaimed and not secure".
Clicking claim server eventually gives popup "there is a problem signing into your account"
When I click the user icon (top right) I can see I'm signed in.

Have made sure t the "default gateway" and the "preferred DNS server" match.
Also the "Manually configure DNS server" is checked.
Have also tried this:
" ssh -l admin -L 8888:localhost:32400 ip.address.of.machine
once signed in (that's all you need do), go back to your local browser and open http://127.0.0.1:8888/web "

Any help much appreciated.
